What forms of payment do you accept?
ETA hand2mind accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  At this time, ETA hand2mind does not offer open payment terms for individuals. 

We will accept your purchase order for those accounts approved to use purchase orders via the web.  Invoices must be paid in accordance with the invoice terms and conditions.  We may need to contact you to verify purchase order information before processing your order.

Gift Card Redemption: We are working on enhancing gift card redemptions on the web.  Please contact Customer Service at 800-445-5985 to proceed with your order using a gift card.  We apologize for this inconvenience. If you already have items in your cart you can save, print, or email your items from the cart page.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes! We use Verisign encryption technology. This safeguards your order information, keeping it private and protected, assuring the security of using your credit card to shop on our site.

When is my credit card billed?
Your credit card will be charged for each individual item when it is shipped from our warehouse. This could result in more than one charge if the items in your order are shipped separately.
