What are your terms?
Our business terms to public schools and institutions are net 30 days, F.O.B. Vernon Hills, Illinois, or shipping point. Shipping and handling charges of
12% of the order value ($7.00 minimum)
will be added to your invoice. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Individual U.S. customers and International customers must pay by credit card or sent in by check with your order. You can print out your order using the "Print Order Form" button found on your cart.
Go Green! If you are interested in receiving invoices through email, please contact credit@hand2mind.com specifying the designated email address for invoices to be sent to.
Do your prices change?
Prices are those in effect at the date of shipment and subject to change without notice. However, authorization to ship is generally requested if a price increase exceeds 15%. In the rare event of an error in price, picture, or description, ETA hand2mind will attempt to notify you prior to processing your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Around 5-7 days. Our fulfillment process is geared towards school and district purchases, which are typically not in a hurry to receive. Though, we are working to improve our speed for purchases by individuals. You can check on the status of your order online, or contact Customer Service for an update. International orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) are sent parcel post and take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.
Will you send an order confirmation? You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail at the address that you provided in your order. This confirmation will include an order number, and will detail all the information you provided on your order. The confirmation will also detail each individual item ordered and the item's price.
Why doesn't my discount for buying in quantity show on my order?
Currently any discounts for ordering in quantity will be calculated by our order entry department. Your final billing statement will show your discount.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
* SALES TAX: All orders should include state sales tax unless a tax exemption number or resale tax number is provided. Sales taxes are required in the states of AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV and WY. State laws in CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NM, NY, NV, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV and WY mandate that sales tax be calculated on both merchandise and freight.
